Sweet Potato Fries

HAPPY (sweet potato) FRI-YAY! Nothing gets me like a good heaping pile of fries, any kind of fry, no need to discriminate. The one thing I doooo have to say about these babies, is that baked in the oven they basically taste just as good (if not better) than the ones in a restaurant... I know that was bold but that’s my honest feeling. Cheers to FRIYAY 🥂🍟

ingredients:

(good side for 2-3):

how to:

  1. preheat oven to 400 & line a cookie sheet with parchment (I think parchment makes these a million times better / easier! Highly recommend if you have it!)

  2. chop your taters! Slice in half and from there down to your ideal “fry” shape/size

  3. toss the fries in a bowl, drizzle so all are coated in olive oil & add your spices! I go heavy on the old bay! Also, the cinnamon sugar really balances it out... but use your flavor preference! Even just garlic powder s&p works!

  4. add to the lined tray on ONE LEVEL. This is important not to over crowd they won’t crisp if you do! Two trays if you need them!

  5. bake for 15 min, toss and add them back in for another 15-20 min until they crisp & golden

  6. TOTALLY OPTIONAL: but I like to sprinkle with parm..... bc why not? And serve with your fave dip!
