Happy Super Bowl Sunday! This is honestly one of my absolute favorite holidays of the year - I’ll never think otherwise. Going the classic route but who doesn’t love a Deviled Egg? Super Bowl, a normal Friday night - any situation applies. Bring these little nuggets of love along & you will make friends ANYWHERE! Cheers to a good classic 🥂

ingredients:

16 pieces (8 eggs)

  • 8 eggs

  • 2/3 cup mayo

  • 2 tablespoons spicy mustard + 1 tablespoon @traderjoes Blue cheese mustard (or just 1 more of regular spicy or Dijon)

  • 2-4 pieces bacon (also optional!)

  • garlic powder -paprika

  • s&p

  • squeeze sriracha (if you like spice!)

how to:

  1. hard boil eggs (legit do it however you want there are A MILLION methods, use google)

  2. cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks

  3. mash yolks and add mayo, mustard (second type of mustard isn’t needed! Just love the blue cheese taste!) a good shake garlic powder and paprika, salt and pepper to taste. For real, taste as you go! Add sriracha if you want a little spice! Mix thoroughly until mixture is smooth.

  4. add mixture to inside of egg white + sprinkle with Paprika + small bacon bit - enjoy!
